Position Title: Senior Professional Business Analyst (GNWLJP00005977)Duration: 3 Months Contract (Potential for an extension)Location: Remote (Candidate must reside in California)Hours per Day: 08Hours per week: 40Imp Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Note: Candidate needs to work as per PST Time zone.Job Description:--- Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategy and make training recommendations to support client's technological aspirations.--- Function efficiently within Waterfall and Agile style change management projects.--- Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training personnel to define, track and communicate training requirements and their associated dependencies.--- Ensure that training governance procedures are completed for projects that include training scope.What we're looking for--- Three or more years as Business Analyst with experience translating technical goals and requirements into training requirements.--- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.--- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).--- Knowledge in Agile.--- Experience with presentation and/or training facilitation.What you should expect in this role--- Must be a resident of the state of California.--- Remote work.--- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.--- Highly collaborative and interactive team and role.--- Accountability for individual work assignments and projects.
