• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, people management, or similar field
• Working experience in Excel (in a manual environment)
• Good knowledge in handling various types of mobile phones and other tech devices (Tablets, laptops etc..)
• Experience in working with ticket management platforms (Raise, review, approve, follow-up, close, report) Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Check existing inventory for new projects. Initiate Procurement as required
  • Assign & Document all inventory in Global inventory management platform
  • Setup devices as per instructions before shipping to project teams
  • Recover devices & Re-assign as required
  • Record damaged devices as per process and procure necessary approvals for claims (as applicable)
  • Reconcile inventory status on quarterly basis & Single POC for PgMs w.r.t all devices/inventory
  • Report Global inventory status monthly & periodic stock check
  • Follow up & Ensure to receive equipments back to storage after project closure
  • Coordinate with warehouse on cataloging for devices which are returned back to client teams
  • Recover claims for lost shipments from vendors or shipping partners (as applicable)
  • Dangerous goods (DG) certified and create DG processes (as applicable) The annual salary for this position is between $73,500 - $109,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
