• Supervise the onsite maintenance crew.
• Oversee all repairs in common areas, ensuring compliance with HOA governing documents.
• Manage daily building operations, ensuring adherence to HOA policies and regulatory standards.
• Optimize the performance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC.
• Coordinate and supervise work with the onsite maintenance team and external contractors for building maintenance and repairs.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing onsite maintenance team.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance to extend the life of building systems.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on improvements and modifications to building systems.Who You Are (Skills / Experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial property management.
  • Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Building Code.
  • HOA experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience.
  • Fire system management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Must be available by cell phone 24/7 for emergencies.Certifications/Licenses:
    • HVAC Certification.
    • EPA/608 License.
    • Fire Pump Certificate preferred.
    • Fire Life Safety Director Certificate preferred.
    • Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance.Salary: $45 - $51 an hour.
