Job Description:

On of the largest employers in the East Bay is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team immediately! Looking for someone who can handle high volume scheduling of interviews, and has experience managing the calendars of multiple hiring managers. Will be responsible for heavy phones, scheduling interviews, various administrative duties, creating purchase orders and checking references. Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or have extensive experience with calendering. Must be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite, and proficient in Google calendars and/or Peoplesoft preferred. We are actively interviewing for this position, so please apply today!
