Compensation:
$24.00-28.50/hr.Generous benefits package including medical,

New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,

floating HolidaysResponsibilities:
- Responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures
- Setting up/mounting of embosses, foil stamps, uniflex, and cut
dies, etc.
- Change out base-rollers from stamp units
- Stage carts for the production presses. Ensure ALL elements are
ready for the job (checklist filled out completely).
- Bend/Mount Plates
- Retrieve Inks
- Gather Screen and supplies
- Retrieve Job Record
- Proper use of chemical cleaning products
- Ensure area is kept clean to 5S House Keeping Standards
- Report any major maintenance requirements to Team Leaders
- Perform basic maintenance of parts
- Assist in wash ups/changeovers
- Support team achievement of labor plus material conversion
rates
- Assists 2nd operators in restocking suppliesQualifications:
- Wear hearing, foot, eye and/or other personal protective
equipment while in a manufacturing setting
- Continually stand for prolonged periods; frequently stoop,
kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance; moderate to frequent
walking
- Routinely use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and
manipulate items; use hands and arms to reach for items in and
around the press area; occasionally stoop or kneel while
reaching
- Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Regularly push or pull objects up to 40 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include - close, distance, and
peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish color
variations, and ability to adjust focus
- Medium to loud noise environment
- Work flexible/varying schedules and hours as needed
- Work overtime as required by workload and customer mandated
